Short And Sweet

I was reading Carolines great post http://insearchofadam.blogspot.com about the beauty of using few words and saying what you mean without the enless rambling I and so many other people are guilty of.

So I will give it a go and say in 6 words what I would normally spend a paragraph drivelling on about.

About me - talkative, funny, hyperactive, caring, eccentric, open-minded.

On religion - Something after death. Not sure what.

On politics - Equality for all. Redistribution of wealth.

On relationships - Be honest. Be kind. Be rational.

On work - Be motivated by people. Not money.

OK I found that exercise very difficult but extremely useful in clarifying my thoughts. What does everyone else think??

This is wonderful!
I am so impressed - wish I'd thought to do it that like!
Fabulous!

Great try!
I think it's a little harder to do it in Italian due to its more complex nature of grammar.

Why has my blog an Irish name?
Because I love Ireland having been there for holidays many times. You can easily access my posts dedicated to the Emerald Isle by clicking on the tag 'Irlanda' you see on the left column of my blog, right under the archive.
I wish I could speak Irish as well, or at least write it fluently.
I like cats, I'd like to be a cat, so that's why my blog has that name :-)
It's also the title of a song by U2, but it's not named after it.

Thanks Caroline!!

Antonio I have looked at a few of your Ireland photos and will look at more when I have the time. The Benbulben ones are spectacular. I also particularly like the many pictures of pubs - they all have such an individual character. I notice you have a photo from Kells....did you also visit Navan which is where my father comes from?? I also would like to be a cat - but have the ability to transform back into a human when I feel like it - like Professor McGonagill in Harry Potter!!

Lorainne,
I took that photo in Kells because I was looking something else but the rain stopped me. I saw that tower/lighthouse so many times before that I decided to take a picture of it at last.
Yes, I've been in Navan a couple of times in the past, not this time, though. Actually I think there's no place in Ireland where I haven't been.
I wished I took more pictures in the pubs, but not always it was possible. You know, I took them by stealth ;-)
Please, feel free to have a look to all of them whenever you want and let me know what you think.
Cheers!

And I liked to photograph almost all the signs I saw during my travel. One of my favourite ones are this one

Well done, you!

I didn't find this as difficult as I'd thought it would be but Leo's six-word story was a completely different kettle of fish.

Lorainne,
I dreamed to move to Ireland many years ago... I and my wife have the same wish, but as the years go by it's becoming harder and harder.
Who knows, if we ever win a lottery we'll consider this dream again :-)

(I have two friends of mine in co. Dublin who have a 25 years old daughter whose name is Lorainne)

You never know what might happen Antonio....maybe you will move to Ireland, if not you will continue to have many happy holidays there. I am 30 yrs old and my parents live in London. I don't think my father will ever return to live in Ireland. As for myself...I would consider moving to Ireland someday...depending on what was happening in my life, job etc..
